DON MALONE & ASSOCIATES, INC., was incorporated October 25, 1996, our Texas Charter Number is 1418822. Our Federal Tax ID Number is 76-0517850. The agency is managed by Don Malone, President. He is available to Clients on a 24/7 basis.

Established as an Insurance Defense/Litigation Support Investigation, Research, and Information Specialists firm. Our mission is to assist our clientele in their pursuit of commerce in the continually changing business and legal environments. We are a full service investigative operation with support services of associates around the world. We focus on providing timely, cost effective information for litigation and recovery purposes.

We provide litigation and prosecution support to law firms, insurance companies and commercial clients throughout the United States. The firm's background comprises all aspects of investigation and information gathering. We have over 105 years of experience dealing with all types of civil and criminal litigation.

Our specialty is Products Liability-Insurance Defense Investigations. However, we are a full service investigative firm. We prefer not to provide domestic investigative support (divorce, child custody, etc.), but under special circumstances, involving child endangerment will consider each occurrence. MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT WORK

An investigator is assigned to each case and is responsible for its development, progress reporting, and billing. The assigned investigator serves as the client representative and is always available to discuss any matter. Investigators with specialized expertise or experience are available for consultation and support.

Being professional investigators and insurance adjusters means maintaining constant personal development and training. The Texas Department of Insurance requires each adjuster to maintain 30 Continuing Education Credits (CEU) every two years. The Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau requires each investigator to maintain 18 CEU every two years.
